职位描述
Key Scope:
1.Performing structure based design and antigen/antibody docking to select key residues for point mutation or library construction, finally optimize antibody drug candidates from multiple angles
2.Antibody humanization/affinity maturation/developability optimization/bispecific design/other protein modality design/etc
3.Work with team to validate the in silico designs by molecular cloning
4.Summarize and present data timely to project & management team for decision making.
主要工作职责:
1.基于蛋白质结构分析和预测,抗原抗体对接等手段,设计点突变或者文库,从多个维度优化抗体药物的特性,筛选有治疗潜力的分子
2.抗体人源化,亲和力成熟,稳定性优化,双特异抗体的设计等
3.完成分子克隆的构建,和团队一起验证蛋白质优化的设计
4.及时分析汇报数据,帮助项目组做决定
Key Delivery:
1.As a member of ATD (Antibody Therapeutic Discovery), work with team to discover & optimize antibody drug and deliver clinical candidates
2.Finish drug design and corresponding molecular cloning independently
3.Timely deliver results
主要交付结果
1.作为ATD-治疗性抗体发现团队的一员,完成抗体药物的优化设计并最终交付临床候选分子
2.独立完成蛋白药物的设计和相应的克隆工作
3.按时交付结果
Education & Working Experience Preference:
1.PhD/postdoc in biochemistry, protein design, or relevant fields; <= 5 years industry experience
2.In-depth knowledge and understanding of protein structure and function, familiar with protein modeling & docking & predication tools
3.Experience on Protein optimization, for example, Stability optimization, antibody humanization, bispecific antibody design, etc
4.Hands-on experience on molecular cloning
教育和工作背景:
1.蛋白设计,结构分析相关领域博士或博士后,0~5年工作经验
2.深入了解蛋白结构和功能,熟悉各种蛋白结构分析,预测和对接软件
3.有蛋白质工程化改造的研究经验,如提高稳定性,抗体人源化,双特异抗体设计等
4.熟悉分子生物学技术
