职位描述：
1. To help in reviewing Editorial Policy and Guidelines in CN and ensuring it is adapt to Regional Editorial Policy and Guidelines 确保中国的编辑原则与公司编辑原则保持一致，并满足中国的特殊需求
2. Assist with other project work, publications & duties as allocated.辅助其他编辑相关工作
3.Assist in maintaining various reports that is required in maintaining the efficiency of operations such as workload distribution report, monthly output report etc 提交各种工作报告
4. Invite and meet regularly with the local Editorial Advisory Board/Key Opinion Leaders. 邀请和拜访编辑顾问
5. Ensure good communication between the editorial, business and IT teams for better and more efficient operations and workflow.确保编辑内部及与公司其他部门之间的交流顺畅、有效配合

任职要求：
要有医院临床看诊经验，硕士规培也可以
1．Demonstrated knowledge of CN medicines with good database and content requirement skills 具有良好的医药、资料库知识，以及内容制作技巧
2. Ability to positively influence and manage out, across and up 能够发挥正面影响力且能良好的监管和沟通
3. Good documentation skills with strong attention to detail 具备良好的文件制作技巧和细心
4. Ability to work independently 可以独立工作
5. High level of interpersonal skills, especially the ability to influence people without direct lines of authority 具有高超的人际关系技巧和独立处理问题的能力
6. Priority management skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously 能合理安排工作优先顺序，以及同时顾及多项工作
7.Organisational and problem solving skills to keep projects to timeline 通过良好筹划和解决问题，确保任务按时完成
8. Strong understanding of quality management and a commitment towards the quality delivery of products to customers 严控产品的质量管理
9. Ability to absorb and disseminate new information quickly 能快速学习和传播新信息
10. Strong verbal communication skills 具备优异的语言交流技巧
11. Good command of English (Grade 4 & above) & Chinese both written and spoken 具有英文4级以上证书和优异的中文写作能力
