岗位职责:
1. Working closely with the UFH Oncology Executive Administrator, the position would oversee and collaborate on the following;
2. Directing the development of short-term, long-range and strategic clinical vision based upon broad organizational goals;
3. Developing an understanding of the organizational structure, operations, decision making channels, planning processes and financial budgeting control systems through actions and interactions. Uses a wide range of information sources and perspectives to identify current conditions and needs, within a Chinese environment and context, and defines issues and problems to develop a course of action. Makes decisions that are fact-based and logical, and takes organizational resources and objectives into balanced consideration;
4. Directing clinical operations to achieve budgeted profit results, performance and productivity standards; uses resources effectively to realize maximum gains at lowest costs and maintains fiscal accountability;
5. In addition, the position would :-
6. Develop and maintain a sound operational plan for the oncology service line in each of the UFH markets, and establishes policies, practices and opportunities to ensure adequate management develop, coaching and mentoring to provide for capable clinical and management succession.
7. Be actively involved in recruitment to develop oncology staff, both clinical and nursing, that demonstrates and supports competencies, and has the ability to successfully fulfil the job requirements. Continually assesses each individual's strengths and areas of improvement and effectively communicates through timely coaching, counseling, feedback and completion of performance evaluations;
8. Directs the development and installation of policies, procedures, practices and feedback loops to maximize communication and adequate flow of information to foster clinical processes and the patient care experience;
9. Develops and establishes organizational operating policies consistent with the UFH President and organizational overall policies and objectives, and ensures their adequate execution;
10. Ensures timely monitoring of regulatory and policy issues, particularly as they relate to safety, quality, patient outcomes and facility requirements;
11. Develops and implements strategic goals and objectives for areas of responsibility by participating in strategic planning activities, working with the UFH President and others to set strategic priorities, gather information and analyses business proposals and offerings;
12. Demonstrates an understanding of the organizational and market-specific's mission, vision, values and goals through actions and interactions and takes a proactive approach to develop supporting strategic business plans. Identifies and mobilizes resources for achieving results while taking risks to enhance growth and improve the organization's competitive position;
13. Demonstrates patient focus, teamwork, interpersonal skills and effective communication in all interactions with internal and external constituents;
14. Demonstrates and supports innovative thinking through imaginative, unique or creative solutions or recommendations;
15. Works closely with all market CMOs and clinical service line physicians and directors to achieve operational goals and quality patient outcomes in line with Joint Commission International standards and processes
任职要求:
• Doctor of Medicine degree (or equivalent) from an approved school of Medicine;
• Board Certified (or equivalent) in Oncology;
• In possession of an active Chinese Medical License
• Minimum 3-5 years of previous experience at a clinical administrative level preferred;
• Previous leadership positions/training held in similar sized (or larger) environment;
• Must be a full member of the Medical Staff as defined in the Medical Staff By-Laws;
• Previous experience, training and working knowledge of management techniques with proven successful service within a medical staff structure preferred;
• Fluency in English essential; Chinese fluency preferred

【和睦家各类培训生项目介绍】
管理培训生项目包含12个月的集中培训、轮岗培训及定岗实践,在完成相应轮岗及考核后,管培生将快速晋升为和睦家医疗的部门经理,成为一线科室或是其它职能部门的初级干部,并进一步成长为未来的院长或业务版块负责人。
护理培训生项目为期一年,采用授课加临床实习的培训形式,涵盖理论知识及临床技能、有效交流及沟通技巧、评判性思维、职业行为规范及服务标准、浸泡式英语等多项培训内容,同时采用线上网课、线下面授、模拟教学和临床实践等混合式的教学方法。
全科医生和急诊医生培训项目旨在为和睦家医疗培养符合国际诊疗标准的全科和急诊科医生。培训为期3年,整个培训分为3个阶段,拥有逐级递升的自主行医权。培训课程由拥有欧美住院医师带教经验的和睦家医生编写,培训期间将接受和睦家国际医疗团队的带教指导,将在和睦家各科室轮转,还有机会到国外医院进行轮转学习,最终通过专业评估成为和睦家正式的全科、急诊科医生。
口腔科培训生项目为期一年,旨在以追求卓越,高质量和患者安全为核心理念的基础上,提高和培养住院医的有效沟通能力,专业能力和领导力,从而成为具有独立思维的口腔全科医师。学习内容包括以患者为主体,以问题为导向的诊断与治疗计划的制定。除在口腔全科学习及训练外,口腔科培训生还将在麻醉科、急诊科和全科门诊轮转,将为在诊所、医院及社区的患者提供口腔全科医疗服务。
住院药师培训生项目同样为期一年,旨在栽培能够胜任住院药房、门诊药房和卫星诊所药房工作的多方位药师,通过培训生项目则将于次年8月份培训结束后成为和睦家药师。
治疗师培训生项目为期一年,采用授课加临床实习的培训形式,培训生将首先从基础工作做起,逐渐过渡到初级治疗师,最终成为具备专业能力的和睦家康复治疗师,执行针对康复患者的作业/物理/言语治疗,包含日常生活训练、上/下肢功能训练、认知功能训练、言语或吞咽功能训练、环境评估等。
