职位描述
岗位职责:
1. Provide surgery service in main hospital. 提供手术服务。
2. Perform daily patient rounds, either individually, or as part of the team. Review subjective and objective findings including labs, diagnostic testing, vital signs, wound status, and drains and provide data to senior consultant surgeons when necessary. 执行日常查房，包括独立或集体。回顾检查结果包括实验室检查，诊断测试，生命体征，伤口情况，引流管，必要时将数据提供给资深顾问会诊。
3. Provides patient education related to procedures, medications, therapeutic goals, etc. Arranges for consults and patient transfers as needed. 根据手术情况提供宣教，药物治疗，制定治疗目标。当需要时安排咨询和病人转移。
4. Collaborates with senior consultants in the establishment of diagnoses and treatments of therapies and discharge needs both in the inpatient and outpatient setting. 协调顾问咨询，从而为门诊和住院病人提供必要的诊疗服务。
5. Discontinue drains, dressings changes, wound assessments, staple and suture removal, cast and splint applications and removal as indicated. 按照病情执行拔引流管，换敷料，伤口评估，拆线，绷带和夹板的应用和去除。
6. Writes daily progress notes on all inpatients. Writes progress notes for each patient seen in clinic. 书写住院病人和门诊病人的日常病例记录。

8. Resource for nursing staff regarding patient care issues. 为护理人员护理病人提供资源信息。
9. Share call with surgical colleagues to insure GZU has 24 hour surgical coverage 与外科同事共同值班，以确保医院24小时都有必要的外科手术支持。
11. Perform independent surgery on privileged cases. 在权限许可的前提下独立开展手术。
12. Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other surgical team and CMO 与医疗总监、以及集团内其他外科团队共同努力，通过质量改进活动持续提升医疗质量。
13. Will agree to serve on one hospital/clinic committee 同意在至少一个医院专业委员会就职。
14. Will work closely with the Administrative Leader in supporting departmental goals 与行政领导紧密合作，协助部门完成目标。
15. May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with CMO 其他医疗总监布置的任务
